We cannot fit the whole range in the van. Pre-order what you want and it comes with us, packed and set aside — no postage, and 5% off, taken automatically when you pick your show at checkout.
How it works
Four steps, all on the site you are already on- 1 Order it online Anything on the site, whether or not we normally take it to shows.
- 2 Pick your show At checkout choose the pickup option for the show you are coming to, instead of a delivery method. No postage to pay.
- 3 The 5% comes off Automatically, as soon as you pick a show. No code to enter. Pay online or at the stand, whichever suits.
- 4 Collect from us It is packed and waiting with your name on it.
Ordering close to a show? Email jordan@irongatescenery.co.uk with your order number and we will confirm it can come with us. The van gets packed before we set off, so the earlier an order lands the safer it is.
The van is smaller
than the catalogue.
We take as much as we can carry, and it is never everything. If you have your eye on a particular building, a full set, or something from a range we do not usually bring, ordering it ahead is the only way to be certain it is on the table when you get there.

Each of these has its own pickup option at checkout. If the show you want is not there yet, email us and we will sort it.
Not coming to a show?
Order as normal and we will post it. Free delivery over £45, dispatched in 3-5 working days.
